Overall, it is a good, useful “home gym,” but there are some things buyers need to know before purchasing. GOOD ASPECTS: 1) Good, compact size, 2) Inexpensive, 3) Decent quality in materials and design UNFAVORABLE ASPECTS: 1) Instructions are not entirely clear, and the links they suggest go to dead ends – they are not helpful. I overcame this by finding a YouTube video for one of their similar products, and figuring things out on my own. It is helpful to have at least some mechanical acumen. 2) There is limited ability to “adjust” for the height and size of the user, especially in regard to the seat, (only one setting), and the leg extensions, (only one setting). 3) Not entirely stable, and best used on a solid, stable floor, or pad, but, if a user is careful, everything is fine.

Lightweight, strong if put together correctly, and juat the right size. Instructions aren’t the greatest but overall great product for a reasonable price. Could use more adjustment options for chest press to hit more angles (upper chest especially).

It’s a great product for the price. Anything similar or with more features is going to cost a lot more. It is perfect for staying fit and it comes with enough weight.

Yes I recommend the gym it has a variety of different strength exercises. I chose this system because it did a few more exercises that some home gym systems didn’t have. One thing they forgot to add was stickers for the weights. For the user would know what they are lifting.

I really like the gym with one exception; the cable on the small removable bar that rests on the floor, doesn’t have a secure guide and it moves off track. Not realizing the problem initially, some of the protective coating on the cable was scraped off as I was using the equipment.
